Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Indo Israel Visa Services, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

2. Fee Structure

Our total fees consist of two components:

• Service Fee: Our professional fee for facilitating your visa application
• Government Fee: The official visa fee charged by the respective government (India or Israel)

These fees are clearly itemized during the payment process. Refund eligibility differs for each component.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Application Submission

If you request a refund before your application has been submitted to the government:

• Service Fee: 80% refundable (20% administrative fee applies)
• Government Fee: 100% refundable

Note: To qualify for this refund, the cancellation request must be made before we submit your application to the immigration authorities.

3.2 After Application Submission

If your application has already been submitted to the government:

• Service Fee: Non-refundable (work has been completed)
• Government Fee: Non-refundable (submitted to authorities)

3.3 Visa Rejection

If your visa application is rejected by the government:

• Service Fee: Non-refundable (we provided our services)
• Government Fee: Non-refundable (government decision)

Important: We facilitate visa applications but do not control approval decisions. Visa rejections do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.4 Service Error or Failure

If we fail to submit your application due to our error:

• Service Fee: 100% refundable
• Government Fee: 100% refundable

Examples of service errors include technical failures on our end, failure to submit within promised timeframes (excluding government delays), or gross negligence.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Application rejected due to incorrect or false information provided by you
• Application rejected due to missing or invalid documents
• Application rejected due to not meeting visa eligibility criteria
• Changes in government visa policies or fees
• Delays caused by government processing or technical issues
• Changes in personal travel plans after application submission
• Failure to respond to our requests for additional information
• Requests made after visa approval or rejection

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to refunds@indoisraelvisa.com
2. Include your application ID and reason for refund
3. Provide supporting documents if applicable
4. Wait for our review (typically 3-5 business days)

5.2 Review Timeline

• Initial Review: 3-5 business days
• Decision Communication: Within 7 business days
• Refund Processing: 7-14 business days after approval

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days
• UPI/Net Banking: 5-10 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

• Duplicate payments made by error
• Overcharges due to technical errors
• Service downgrade requests before submission

7. Expedited Processing Fees

If you have paid for expedited or rush processing:

• Expedited fees are non-refundable once processing begins
• If we cannot meet expedited timelines due to our fault, expedited fees will be refunded
• Government delays do not qualify for expedited fee refunds

8. Additional Services

Refunds for additional services (document verification, translation, courier, etc.) depend on whether the service has been rendered:

• Not yet provided: 100% refundable
• Partially provided: Partial refund based on completion
• Fully provided: Non-refundable

9. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction amount) are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount. This is a third-party fee beyond our control.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company:

• Please contact us first to resolve the issue
• Chargebacks may delay visa processing
• False chargebacks may result in account suspension
• We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks

11. Special Circumstances

11.1 Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies preventing travel, we may offer compassionate refunds on a case-by-case basis with proper medical documentation.

11.2 Government Policy Changes

If the government suspends visa services or significantly changes visa policies making your application invalid, we will review refund requests compassionately.

11.3 Force Majeure

Events beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government closures) may affect refund eligibility. We will work with you to find fair solutions.

12. Refund Denials

If your refund request is denied, we will provide:

• Clear explanation of the denial reason
• Reference to the applicable policy section
• Option to appeal the decision with additional information

13. Appeals Process

If you disagree with a refund decision:

1. Submit an appeal to appeals@indoisraelvisa.com
2. Provide additional supporting documentation
3. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days
4. Appeal decisions are final

14. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your refund eligibility is determined by the policy in effect at the time of your payment.
